Conditions For Training
To ensure everyone taking part has the best experience possible, we have a number of conditions for training. If you are unsure about anything on this page, then just give us a call before the training session.
No in Season Bitches
For obvious reasons we do not allow any bitches in season to attend training sessions.
No Unwell Dogs
From time to time dogs, like humans feel unwell. We ask that if your dog is not feeling 100% that you do not bring them to a training session.
Vaccinated And Wormed Dogs Only
Please ensure that your dogs is fully vaccinated and regularly wormed to reduce disease transmission
Full Insurance Required
All dogs must be insured for third party liability (often provided under Household Insurance Contents policies).
Dogs On Hot Days
Dogs are not to be left unattended in vehicles on hot days (This is common sense yet some still need to be told).
Dogs To Be Kept On A Lead
All dogs be kept on lead until instructed otherwise by the trainer. This point will be made clear at every training session.
Other Important Points
- Owners / handlers are fully responsible for their own dogs and any actions caused by them
- Handlers under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult
- We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any dog that could be a danger to others or their dogs (if the dog is a nuisance, you will be asked to leave, and other arrangements made)
- It is the owner’s responsibility to clear up any fouling
- NDTS accepts no responsibility for and excludes all liability in connection with personal injury, loss theft, injury to Animals, People or Property however caused during the provision of training lessons
- NDTS accepts no liability as the result of the training undertaken or the consequences of any actions taken on the basis of the training or information provided
- NDTS accepts no responsibility for the failure of any equipment supplied or the consequences suffered as a result
- No shows for 121s or booked classes are non-refundable. Unless you asked for the lesson to be re-booked within 48 hours, then no refund will be made.
- Any accident or incident involving people or dogs must be reported immediately
