Informative sheets given out which are really helpful

I enjoyed the whole course.  Informative sheets were given out which are really helpful.  Didn’t feel anything negative if we did anything “wrong”.  Would 100% recommend and hope to do follow on training.  Grahame and Sarah are lovely and made us feel welcome and all at ease.
